The development of new technology such as Internet promots the integration of different industries, while most enterprises face the great pressure of technological innovation, upgrading and transformation. Enterprises can get external resources and knowledge through collaborative technological innovation to promote technological innovation ability, this kind of innovative model provides an effective way for the coordination and cooperation between high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises. This paper focuses on hi-tech enterprise and traditional enterprise, takes the driving factors of collaborative technological innovation as a starting point, uses knowledge appreciation as the intermediary variable and uses empirical method to study the different impacts of knowledge complementarity, mutual trust, mutual communication and reciprocity on knowledge appreciation and technological innovation capability. At the same time, this paper tests the intermediary effect of knowledge appreciation between knowledge complementarity, mutual communication, reciprocity and technological innovation ability. Through empirical research and analysis, we can arrive at the following conclusions. Firstly, knowledge complementarity, mutual communication and reciprocity between high-tech and traditional enterprises have a positive effect on their knowledge appreciation and technological innovation capability, while mutual trust doesn’t have a positive effect but has a regulatory effect between knowledge complementarity, mutual communication reciprocity and knowledge appreciation. Secondly, for high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises, knowledge appreciation has a significant positive effect on technological innovation capability. Thirdly, knowledge appreciation has an intermediary effect between knowledge complementarity, mutual communication, reciprocity and technological innovation ability. What’s more, the established time and the number of staff of the enterprise influence the relationship between knowledge complementarity, mutual communication, reciprocity and technological innovation ability. For enterprises which have shorter established time and fewer staff, knowledge complementarity, mutual communication and reciprocity doesn’t have a positive effect on technological innovation capability. For enterprises which have longer established time and more staff, knowledge complementarity, mutual communication and reciprocity have a positive effect on technological innovation capability. |
