Study On The Sustainable Technological Innovation System Design And Implementing Mode Of Enterprises

Since the 21th century, using technology M&A to enhance the capabilities of the enterprise's technological innovation and improving the system of the enterprise's technological innovation, has became the main method of enhancing competitiveness and technological monopoly. At the same time, along with the Internet economy era, as a tool, the Internet has a profound impact on technological innovation.In this paper, firstly, researches on how to use the means of technology M & A and the Internet promote the capabilities of sustainable innovation, and establishes the system of the enterprise's sustainable innovation based on technology M & A and the Internet. Sums up three modes of technology M & A and integration based on the characteristics of technology M & A, and designs three types of implementation pattern combined with knowledge management. On the other hand, discusses the characteristics of Internet to find the bonding point with the system of the enterprise's sustainable innovation, and proposes three systems– User-Enterprise, Enterprise-Enterprise and Regional Technological Innovation System of Sustainable Innovation. Secondly, under the system of the enterprise's sustainable innovation, on the basis of the classification of technological innovation, builds the three types of knowledge management model, that is the integrated innovation-oriented knowledge management model and the following innovation-oriented knowledge management model, as well as the original innovation-oriented knowledge management model, and applies knowledge management theory to explain the process of innovation, to help businesses with taping and innovating the knowledge efficiently. Finally, for the bottlenecks of enhancing the capabilities of the enterprise's technological innovation, draws out the suggestions for enterprises, in order to help the enterprises to use technology M & A and the Internet enhance the capabilities of the enterprise's technological innovation.To say further, how to establish the evaluations of enterprise's technological innovation capabilities, and using mathematical models to quantify their analysis, will be future research direction for this paper, which is also one of needing more in-depth study in innovation.
