Enterprise outsourcing strategy as a kind of strategy management mode of cost reduction and enterprise core competition improvement becomes the hot spot that people shows solicitude for gradually. With the speed up of world economic globalization and China join WTO, objectively all promoted the development of the human resource management outsourcing. The successful implement human resource management outsourcing can make business enterprise decline the cost and get professional service, thus it bring competitive advantage to business enterprise.Because human resource management outsourcing is too young and has many not mature and not perfect places, it still exist various latent risk what will have badly influences for the implement of human resource management outsourcing. In addition, not fitting of the human resource management outsourcing probably lose some long-term of development opportunity while business enterprise pay attention to own short-term core business. So the business enterprise has to be right to evaluate the advantages and the risk of outsourcing, then can reply various possible varieties actively.This text analyzed various risk of human resource outsourcing thoroughly and the influence to business enterprise from angle of the human resource management process, and do some homologous research.Firstly, this text introduced the purpose and meaning of the research on the risk of human resource management outsourcing, and summed up the domestic and international present condition of human resource management outsourcing. Then on the foundation of thorough understanding related theories of human resource management outsourcing, based on the process of human resource management outsourcing, the text identified risk with each stage and made evaluation the risk of human resource management outsourcing though the method of the gray and misty evaluation.Finally the text put forward actually viable control measures to probably risk of human resource management outsourcing each stages and application of human resource management outsourcing in the W company. In a word, implement human resource management outsourcing can really bring various advantages to business enterprise, but in the decision and the implement process also has some latent risk. The business enterprise should carry on decision carefully and scientifically, and adopt the valid measure in time to the risk according to its condition and the outside environment.
