With the rapid development of global economy,the market competition is changing quickly.Enterprises tend to pursue the quick and safe arrival of commercial paper,sample and high precise article in the business activities. Meanwhile,more and more consumers want to buy the necessities indoor.The huge demand in market make the traditional goods transportation service produce Express Service that has two characteristics:qucik and door to door.As our country joined WTO,modem express service industry had become the tool that foreign businessmen use to widen the investment field in China and new popular investment spot.Because of such omni-directional disparity as on management, service quality,scientific and technological level,brand strength,etc.,express logistic enterprises is facing the enormous challenge that the world express giants bring.Therefore,for the express logistic enterprises in our country,it is so urgent to think about how to seek and excavate their own competition advantage in fierce competition.This thesis has done research comparatively thoroughly on the way and method of formation of enterprise's competition advantage of the express logistics. Based on consulting a large number of lists of references,it has elaborated classical competition advantage and competitiveness theory in detail and has obtained the enlightenment of the formation mechanism of competitive advantage from domestic and international relevant research.It has described the current situation of the development of our country's express logistic industry and market situation and has systematically analysed the environmental factor of our country's express logistics industry development from two respects:internal environment and external environment.On the basis of three directions of business aspect,management aspect and financial aspect of express logistic enterprises,it has elaborated how to foster the competitiveness and obtain competition advantage,and has built the frame of evaluation system of competition advantage in express logistics enterprise.Through evaluating all the indicators of express logistic enterprise's competition advantage,it has drawn the contribution degree of every factor that forms to enterprise's competition advantage of the express logistics.In the process of the indicators evaluation,it has used both the ration and qualitative method to evaluate the important degree of every indicators and proposed AHP-MFCE model of enterprise's competition advantage of the express logistics.Combined analysis on current situation of our country's express logistics with the frame of this thesis,it has given the guiding way and fostering method to develop the competitive advantage of express logistic enterprises.In this research,this thesis is based on full investigation and such theories as management theory,economics and behaviouristics,etc.it follows the route of the development of strategic management theory and merges the beneficial view of many kinds of theories to analyze present market environment of express logistics and carry on the analysis and research to the competition advantage focus of enterprise's future development of our country's express logistics.Moreover,it has built the systematic frame of the evaluation system of the competition advantage and has given the suggestion for the growth and development of enterprises of express logistics in our country.
