Research On Risk Management Of Implementation Of ERP Project Of Manufacturing Enterprise

The implementation of ERP project involves a wide range of knowledge,a large degree of difficulty, a long cycle and with the complicated system, and our country has not set up and improve a set of scientific, systematic, standardized and effective ERP project management system and operation mechanism. At present, It is difficult to play scientific and effective planning, control, supervise and ensure to whole ERP project application process and every link. So the implementing of ERP project is with higher risk. Lack of understanding the content of implement ERP project and pay few attentions to the risk of implement of ERP project, a lot of enterprises are fail to implement of ERP project. Through to discern and analyse risk of implement of ERP project, and study on conformity measure with risk, which provide a basic consult for enterprise with risk management of implement of ERP project and improve domestic enterprises with implement of ERP project success rate.This is the purpose of this thesis.Focusing on the whole implement process of ERP project, this thesis analyses and expounds the enforcement risk of all phases wholly and systematically.Further, the author puts forward corresponding methods to solve these problems. What's more, firstly combining the ERP Implement methodology with project evaluation methodology to analyze and manage the enforcement risk, the author offers some new clues and new methods to improve success rate of ERP system implement.This thesis is to begin with the whole process of implementation of ERP project, and reveal all kinds of risks in the course of implement of ERP project for enterprises.The chapter one mainly analyse the current domestic and international implement of ERP project and reveal the fact that the success rate of implement of ERP project is low in our country, and conclude the significance of the thesis.The chapter two introduces some related concepts mainly such as ERP, risk and risk management and so on. The chapter three indentifies the risk factors of implement of ERP project, including of three aspects of the risk of ERP itself, outside risk and inside risk in the course of implement of ERP project.Finally list all the risks.The chapter four evaluates all the risk listed in the last chapter through the frequency, severity and consequences.The chapter five shows the risk management measurements and principle should be attented according to various risks in the chapter three, so that enterprises can reduce the severity of risks to the minimum. The chapter six describes an example Chengdu Sanji Machinery company. LTD as a typical machinery manufacturing enterprise to specify the roles of risk management. It really make the theory and pracitce combine perfectly.
