The chapter three indentifies the risk factors of implement of ERP project, including of three aspects of the risk of ERP itself, outside risk and inside risk in the course of implement of ERP project.Finally list all the risks.The chapter four evaluates all the risk listed in the last chapter through the frequency, severity and consequences.The chapter five shows the risk management measurements and principle should be attented according to various risks in the chapter three, so that enterprises can reduce the severity of risks to the minimum. The chapter six describes an example Chengdu Sanji Machinery company. LTD as a typical machinery manufacturing enterprise to specify the roles of risk management. It really make the theory and pracitce combine perfectly. |
