The 21st century is the time full of opportunities and challenges,which is also the time full of furious competition on talents.Human resource is the source of core competitiveness and competitive advantage that more and more enterprises become recognized.Therefore,all enterprises encounter such a difficulty that is attracting talents,retaining talents and taking advantage of talents,and the most complex problem is how to operate salary management effectively.The salary management is an important part to modern enterprise management.And salary system is one of important tools for enterprise to accomplish successful business and carry on human resource management.It's very important for state-owned investment company especially in transition period of the company that how to design incentive plan,and establish science and reasonable salary system effectively.To establish standardized salary system which needs to adapt with the state-owned investment company characteristic and the development as soon as possible,and to accelerate development of the state-owned investment company,the present salary system of KFT Corporation is taken as the object of study in this thesis.We use methods such as questionnaire survey,interview,and material consult to investigate and analyze the operation situation,the internal and external environment of present salary system in the KFT Corporation.In view of the questions and the flaws of the salary system,we design the salary system again according to certain principles.The theories and the methods such as economic,the human resources management and the salary system design have applied.The contents of this thesis have altogether six chapters.Chapter 1:introduction major research on the purpose and significance,research reviewed,the contents of the research,methods and techniques line;Chapter 2:elementary theory of the salary system design,this chapter outlines the definition of salary,salary constitution,the trend of salary system and Rationale of the salary system design;Chapter 3:salary system and salary system design,mainly analyze main type of the salary system and its design principle and design step;Chapter 4:choice of salary system on state-owned investment company,mainly research on state-owned investment company's nature and characteristic,present situation of the state-owned investment company salary system and the actual choice of the state-owned Investment company salary; Chapter 5:the demonstrative study on KFT Corporation salary system design, studies KFT company salary system's present situation,post analysis,establishes the post rank system,strengthens the achievements inspection,consummate the distribution system,to complete this company salary system design finally.Chapter 6:the summary and the prospect of the thesis,puts up with the innovative production and points out the existing deficiencies,the practical solutions and the direction of further study.
