Product Structure Model Based On Lifecycle Management

Under the Natural Science Foundation of Gansu Province and the fund of academic step & characteristic study of Lanzhou University of Technology,Product Structure Model based on PLM has been studied,which refers to the model for product lifecycle management in the use of product structure model.Based on the product lifecycle management of the theoretical knowledge and the existing results of Product Structure,the role of the PLM in the enterprise information system is analyseed,Using operations research methods,the new Product structure model of PLM is established, Model of the product structure between vertical and horizontal linkages are analyseed,XML-based the product structure model of XML-based model of the ways is explored.The results show that: under "Islands of information" and PLM management model,the method which uses Product structure model to solve inconsistent and incomplete enterprise information problems is feasible.The main work and achievements are:(1) The overall Product Structure Model of PLM is established.the Product Structure of tree model are established using UML and XML language,And the product lifecycle stage model of theory and evolution are analyseed,which Product Structure of the Tree Model of the conversion process is established with BOM and IDEF.(2) Horizontal linkages between the Product Structure subtree Model are researched from BOM,Using operations research methods the Product Structure tree Model of horizontal transfer function is established such as EBOM,PPBOM,MBOM among XBOM,the BOM view of the product structure which the Product Lifecycle stages of needs are generated,then Product Structures model of PLM is built,which integrity of product data and consistency are guaranteed.(3) Vertical association among the product structure subtree models are studied from the view of assembly and part,the function model of Product Structure Model and the general Product Structure Model are established,the Product Structure Model classes are built using UML.The results show that: the product structure model is sharing structure model in parallel integrated environment,effective coordination will be realized among CAD,ERP,SCM and so on.(4) Taking shaft for instance,the establishment of product structure model is verified using XML,the expression of product structure in the computer is realized,which is guaranteed the Product Structure completely and consistently stored in the computer,and the demands of enterprise which Product Structure information of complicated application is to meet.
