Inhabitation Problem Of Peasant Workers And Ountermeasure Studying

With the starting and accelerating of China's social transformation,under the influence of impelling in countryside and pulling force in the city, more and more peasant workers come into citiy, they have made tremendous contributions for urban construction. However, the peasant workers were excluded from the urban housing security system for a long time, in worse, they have no effcetively ability to solve their urban housing problem till now, which is worried and makes Chinese government and related scholars concern to it. Since 2005, Chinese government introduced the relevant measures every year, many scholars also have introduced views about sovlving the housing problem from different angles. Improving the inhabitation condition of peasant workers is the embodiment of upholding the basic human right, which is great significant for the promotion of the process of urbanization and building harmonious society.This paper takes the peasant workers of Guilin downtown for exampel, based on analyzing the peasant workers'dwelling place, inhabitation situation and the problem of them, tries to propose strategy discussions for solving this problem, with a purpose that offer reference to promote improving inhabitation station of the peasant workers in Guilin and the National. This paper divides into five parts:In the first part, it puts the research background, the puepose and significance of the research, summarizes the research achievements in other countries and regions, and puts forward theoretical perspectives and research methods.The second part roughly deseribes the department of urban and rural combined areas, villages in the city and so on through investigating the peasant workers'conglomeration of Guilin downtown, and analyzes problems of it.In the third part, through taking questionnaire survey and making interviews to peasant workers of Guilin, the paper summaries the inhabitation situation of peasant workers in Guilin which is taking rental housing as the main form of living, the distrubution of inhabitation turn on a high degree of aggregation, it is strong homogeneity between the peasant workers to their neighbourhood, and so on. It also has analyed the related psychological feelings of peasant workers of Guilin. Base on the research above, the paper found social problem which was led by inhabitation station of peasant workers: the inhabitation station of peasant workers obstructs the urbanize process,peasant workers are difficult to integrate into urban society,leading social deprivation even multiple deprivation to peasant workers, and use several sociological theory such as urbanize to analyze these problems.In the fourth part, the paper summarizes the ways that the housing problem are settled in some western developed countries, and introduces a few of valuable solutions to this problem in our country at present.In the fifth part,the papr puts the necessity and the main obstruction and policy framework of solving peasant workers'inhabitation problem. Finally, how to deal with the inhabitation problem of peasant workers is given in term of the inhabitation station of peasant workers in Guilin, which includs transforming the peasant workers'conglomeration, bulding low-rent housing, and so on.
