House Problem Of Peasant Workers And Countermeasure Studying

Nowadays, the housing problem of peasant workers in the city has attracted more attention of academia and branches of the government. With the development of urbanization and industrialization in our country, more and more peasant workers come into cities, which have become the main source of industrialization and be important to the urbanization. However, because of a variety of reasons, peasant worker's rights have not been effectively protected. The typical problem of peasant workers in the city is the housing problem.This paper is mainly a quantitative study, which is assisted by a qualitative investigation. The paper research some places situated at Qingdao, Shandong province. According to the above condition, the writer makes an investigation, analyses the housing problem of peasant workers and finds some problems such as poor living conditions, small housing area and etc. Peasant workers all have different housing needs. But recently, the related policies in China can't meet the housing needs of peasant workers. Housing problems of peasant workers has a variety of reasons such as the existing of dualistic structure system, inadequate social security system, urban-rural benefit conflicts, etc. Low-income and high-floating are also result in the housing problem.Finally, the studying suggest we should take some countermeasures to solve the present housing problems of peasant workers, which the key point would be put on the system level.
