Housing Problem Of Wuhan City Migrant Workers And Countermeasures

With the economy system’s innovation of city and country, and the development of marketing economy of China, and by the change of actual situation in rural areas. More and more peasants come into city to work. The peasant workers meet the demand for the development of city. They have made tremendous contribution to city. Because of the special state peasant workers, they are excluded from the urban housing security system. Meantime, as a result of peasant workers lower income, they have no ability to solve their housing condition in city, this problem is worried by the society.Now, to improve the inhabitation condition of peasant workers, scholar have proposed many valuable suggestions,and the government have introduced measures to solve this problem.This paper takes peasant workers’ housing problem of Wuhan on research jumping-off point. Analysis of peasant workers’ housing characteristic in Wuhan and the significance of salvation. This paper to draw on the experience of other countries and regions. And then give the preliminary suggestion of how to solving the peasant workers’ housing problem in Wuhan.This paper divides into five parts. In the first part, it put the research background, the purpose and significance of the research; introduce literature review and the research methods. The second part of this paper, it introduces the related theory of this paper. In the third part, through the investigating of peasant workers’housing condition, Analysis of peasant workers’ housing characteristic and so on. In the fourth part, the paper summarize the way of the other countries how to solve the housing problem of the low-income families in city. On the same time, these parts introduce the valuable suctions to this problem in other cities in China. In the fifth part of this paper, it put the necessity and the main obstruction of solving peasant workers’housing problem. Finally, this part proposes the way of how to deal with the peasant housing problem of Wuhan.
