Study On Core Competitiveness Of Taiwan-funded Enterprises In The IT Industry Cluster Of Yangtze River Delta

As information technology has been developed fastly, the competition of IT enterprises is fierce. In today's increasingly globalized economy, more and more IT companies are taking a global view to choose the best investment location, but this does not mean that the products are distributed internationally around the world, on the contrary, multinational IT enterprises'foreign direct investment show Cluster features. With the rapid development of industrial clusters, Taiwan investment has entered a new round of upsurge in the mainland. At the same time, the investment of Taiwan IT companies has extended from the Pearl River Delta and Taiwanese to the Yangtze River Delta, and became IT industrial clusters. In this context, this paper, sorting out the relevant historical documents, discusses the interaction of industrial clusters and restructuring of enterprise's competitive behaviour. Meanwhile, comprehensively analyzes the existing problems in IT industry cluster of Taiwan-funded Enterprises, through the use of evidence, and analysis of the norms from the perspective of integrated multidisciplinary, and deep explains the underlying reasons. Moreover, we takes BenQ in Suzhou for an example and analyses it empirically, we want, through technological innovation, to adjust the strategy for enterprise development, and tap the comparative advantages, and so as to speed up IT enterprises'competitive behaviour of Taiwan-funded in transition, build and improve their core competitiveness, obtain and maintain sustainable competitive advantage in the IT industry clusters of Yangtze River Delta.
