With China's social and economic development and the continuous influx of people from outside city, social gap between rich and poor continues to expand, some problem of laid-off workers and the existence of the urban-rural gap. Large numbers of migrant workers in life was very difficult. Minimum wage standards are the policy in response to this phenomenon. Minimum wage standards and the achievement of the proposal is to enable those disadvantaged groups should be the means of subsistence, let all the residents have reached a certain standard of living standards, in some people get rich first, while for most people, be able to meet the basic material needs of life, thereby achieving the objectives of social justice, social harmony and building a well-off society.This paper attempts to adopt policies scientific theory to analyze the latest Suzhou minimum wage introduced in the background, rationale, meaning and purpose and the process of implementing standards for the Problems and Solutions. First introduced a harmonious society and the concept of Suzhou introduction of the minimum wage impact on the economy of Suzhou, social development status, further pointed out that the promulgation of a policy for the achievement of our province, "the first two," to ensure that the interests of the disadvantaged groups, the realization of a harmonious society in a major role. Then introduced Suzhou minimum wage standards and the development of the process of implementing a number of problems, through some examples to discuss some of the specific issues and policies with scientific theory to analyze further proposed improvement measures, from the policy formulation, monitoring and implementation of the three made their point idea to ensure that this policy can be implemented better and achieve social justice and harmony.
