Research On Evaluation Model Of The Independent Innovation Ability For Large-Scale Enterprises

As the knowledge-based economy is coming, the independent innovation has been a primary means for driving the economy increasing and enterprise development, the level and ability of independent innovation influences the strength and competitive ability of the enterprises in a great extent; as the core driving reason of the resource structure organization for the enterprises, the independent innovation is the original power for enterprises'survival & development, and the independent innovation is the ultimate way to increase economic benefits and achieve intensive management. The development status and competitive ability of the large-scale enterprise in a country has a crucial effect for development of national economy and enhancement of national economic strength, these large-scale enterprises are not only the important support for national economic development, but also the hardcore force for driving the national independent innovation and the technological progress. So it has a very important directive meaning for knowing the independent innovation development level of the enterprises in China and discussing the development way further through evaluating and analyzing the independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises and holding the status of independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises.Based on the analysis and sum-up for the research from domestic and foreign scholars, this paper defines the independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises, analyses the meaning of the independent innovation ability; constructs the independent innovation ability system of large-scale enterprises from the angle of system engineering, analyses the circulative environment and the input & output of the system, discusses the relationship of each subsystem and the primary measured indexes; filters the original indexes through using the FCA method, and constructs the practical evaluation index system for the independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises which contains 33 indexes; chooses the MHFCE method as the evaluation method for the independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises after comparing and analyzing some integrated evaluation method and models; constructs the evaluation model for the independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises, illustrates the operation process; and in the end this paper chooses certain large-scale enterprise for demonstration and evaluation, then validates the feasibility of the evaluation model for the independent innovation ability of large-scale enterprises, and proposes some relevant countermeasure and advice for the purpose for the self ability construction of large-scale enterprises.
