The Study On Young White Collar Women's Vocational Pressure And Social Support

This study concerns on young white collar women's vocational pressure and social support problem. It takes young white-collar female in Sochow Industrial Park as an example, and collects materials by literature,questionnaires and interviews, then analyze the data by spss. It's based on the social gender theory,the relatively-deprived theory and the social support theory. First,it analyzes the situation of their vocational pressure. after that ,it analyzes the situation of their social support, including the the way it runs,its feature and the problem it faces.In next parts, it gives some suggesting on how to improve their social support. Social groups and organizations should provide better support: the core-supporting network, the unofficial groups and organizations and EAP in enterprises should take their parts. Besides, the society should consummate the social policy and regulations, to enhancement guidance and the surveillance. The procedure against the employment discrimination should be consummated, as well as the mass media must display the guidance function.
