Analysis On The Implementation Of SM Company's SCM Scheme

This thesis takes SM Company as the research object, based on its SCM scheme implementation, using the theory of supply chain management and core enterprise competition, referring to both domestic and international research and the applications, analyzing the major problems facing SM before implement the scheme of SCM. The methodology of this thesis is using quantitative and qualitative means, and giving results from both of the external investment environment and internal factors of SM Company. Therefore, provides a two-step approach forwarding the scheme of SCM implementation, and explores a success way of implement supply chain management on enterprises.Facing the rapid changes of customers' requirement and the fact of profit constringency, we should transform the inner management structure and enforce supply chain management, which can reduce the communication layers, accelerate the response speed, decrease the stock-in-trade, increase the efficiency, improve the financial index and meet the clients' demand, at the end, satisfy customers' demands and raise the profits of the enterprise.This topic analyzes and appraises the scheme from five aspects, which are quality objectives, KPI of department, labor efficiency, financial index and administration effectiveness. By this method, we will distinguish the success and deficiency of enforcement for the scheme, and furnish the suggestions for the improvement.Through the research of this topic, I would expect that we will be able to accumulate industrial reform experiences, which maybe also helpful for other division and subordinate companies of M group, and contribute references to the similar enterprises as of SM supply chain management.
