Study On Strategies Of Environmental Protection For Development Of Village And Township Industries In Jiuyuan County Of Baotou City

The research on environmental protection to development of township industries actually is how we harmonize the development of township industry and environment protection. The author considered we should persist in the theory of sustainable development, take reducing the pollution of township industries as a goal, and regard the village and township industries'substantial development as the source of power. And we should construct the harmonious operation system between government and the township industries to protect the environment. In terms of the theory combining with practice, the theory of sustainable development, and present situation of protection environment, the author analyzed influencing factors and the reasons for environment contamination in Juyuan County. On the basis of comprehensive investigation, research and analysis, the author put forward the countermeasures to deal with township industries'environment pollution in Juyuan County.Firstly, the author introduced present situation of township industries in Juyuan County and distinguished the difference and affiliation between township industries and township enterprises. On the basis of collecting lots of data, the author stated the characteristics and structure of township industries in Jiuyuan County to prepare for analysis its environment contamination. In fact, these styles of township industries'structure induced inevitability of environment pollution. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing environment pollution data, the author introduced the problems of pollution of township industries. And the paper analyzed the subjective and objective reasons on pollution of township industries. Thirdly, the author used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) which belonged to multi-objective decision-making method to rank the sequence of subjective and objective cause of pollution of township industries. At last, the author put forward the countermeasures to environment protection in township industries from the structure of industries, the mode of development, the government function, market mechanism, the environment management.
