The Research On The Transfer Of Rural Labor In Jilin Province

The transfer of rural labor is the major strategic issue in present economic development in China and is a key to reach the comparatively well-off society, fulfil the scientific development concept and solve the problem of"Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers"efficiently, which not only concerns the development of rural economy and the macroeconomy, but also influences the long-term stability and safety of society. There are abundant rural labors in Jilin with a great population. This paper further enriches the theories by studying on the transfer of rural labors in Jilin province with innovation for the mode to further promote the development of the economic society faster and better in Jilin province. This thesis falls into the following five chapters: The first chapter defines the relevant concepts of rural labors and briefly elaborates on the domestic and foreign theories about this research; The second chapter reviews the situation of the transfer of rural labors before and after the opening up reform in Jilin province and analyses the present situation of this problem from three aspects; The third chapter puts forward the major problems and constraints in the transfer process of rural labor in Jilin province; The fourth chapter makes suggestions on the main approach and concrete measures to promote the transfer of rural labor in Jilin province; The fifth chapter concludes the thesis on the basis of the above study.This thesis plans to apply the research methods of comparative analysis, figure demonstration, figures and graphs with the research and analysis of the investigations, bibliographies and comparisions, as well as the quality and quantity analysis, normative and empirical analysis and historical and realistic analysis.
