Study On Factors Influencing Entrepreneurship And Development Of Small Private Tourism Business In Longsheng County

Small private tourism business is beneficial to industry adjustment, residual labor absorption and construction of socialist new country. Considering its significance to rural economy development, while lack of researches on small private tourism business both in content and in depth, it is necessary to study on the development of this business. Based on existing theories of entrepreneurship and sustainability, this thesis makes an analysis and summary about factors influencing entrepreneurship and development of small private tourism business in Longsheng County, Guilin. It also finds out problems emerging in the course of development, and puts forwards countermeasures and directions for small private tourism business in future.Choosing small private tourism business in Longsheng as the research subject, with methods of field survey, interview and observation, this thesis has gained original data of small private tourism business in Longsheng. Applying SPSS statistical software to process the data, this thesis tries to amply analyze and summarize general situations of entrepreneurship and development of small private tourism business in Longsheng, form the aspects of establishment, factors influencing establishment and management respectively.Combining theoretical study with methodological study, the thesis draws conclusions as follows: (1) Entrepreneurship is mainly driven by economical benefits, along with other various motivations and external environmental factors; And characteristics of entrepreneurs are one of the most important influential factors of entrepreneurship; (2) Opportunities for entrepreneurship are rare, although people desire for entrepreneurship, they can't be given fair opportunities for entrepreneurship because of restrictions of inner and outer situations; (3) The government is required to create sound environments for small private tourism business, in order to offer more people with fairer opportunities for entrepreneurship, and improve their abilities in entrepreneurship; (4) Entrepreneurship of small private tourism business is a long-term and durable course, which points the future development to the directions of sustainable existence, sustainable operation, enlargement, advanced operation concepts, competitive advantage, sound public relationship and harmonious development.
