Study On Farmers' Professional Cooperatives To Promote The Development Of The Government Of Longsheng Minority Autonomous County

The farmer specialized cooperative is a kind of social organization which is established on the basis of agricultural production,which is closely related to the development of the market economy.In 2007,the state promulgated the law of farmers' professional cooperatives,"People's Republic of China farmers' Professional Cooperatives Law",and made clear the legal status of the farmers' professional cooperatives.And the development of farmers' professional cooperatives has more and more influence on the countryside,agriculture and farmers in our country,and the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longsheng county has also entered the fast lane.However,as a national poor county of Longsheng County,the development of professional cooperatives and developed areas compared with the developed regions,there is a certain gap,but also need to promote the county government.This paper is in the domestic and foreign farmers' professional cooperatives at present and the role of government on the basis of theoretical research,the Longsheng Autonomous County as an example,to explore how the county government to promote the development of farmer cooperatives,analyzes the development status of this field at home and abroad and got the experience.At the same time,combining questionnaire investigation and practical research methods,the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longsheng county and the role of government in detail,and analyzes the related problems,put forward the government and promote the development of farmer cooperatives,in order to promote the development of farmer cooperatives play a certain reference role for the county government.
