With fast growth of Chinese economy and national strength, the unbalance phenomenon of district economy development is very severity, the department's economic margin spaces out further, especially the margin of industry development is more and more worse. For this, our party is actively to adopt valid measures, draw up a series development programming, repress the department margin , the establishment of CAFTA is the best certificate, but this just carries on deployment from the macroscopic strategy. If wanting to resolve Chinese district economic development problem, we must strongly annoy the cooperation problem of each district industry. This thesis takes CAFTA as big background and selects two provinces of Guangdong and Guangxi for the research object to look for the measures of resolving the problem of the industry cooperation.Conjunction-theory is the instruction of this article, which study the industry cooperation of the two statures systems in Guangxi and Guangdong in the big system of CAFTA .Most scholars emphasized how Guangxi accepted or transferred industries from Guangdong, and neglected the industry-cooperation of two province in this problem before, I think this is not satisfactory, and this was the important point that I also want to emphasize exactly .This article analyzes the meaning of the problem of industry-cooperation in Guangdong and Guangxi firstly and then puts forward the theory foundation of industry cooperation between two provinces and then puts forward a regulatory standard of adjusting industrial structure on this foundation and then analyzes the present of industrial structure in two province and compares, deduces that the industry cooperation of this two provinces is not only a necessity, but also is a possibility and puts forward some suggestions and measures about the problem of the industry cooperation of this two provinces finally.
