The Comparative Analysis Into The International Competitiveness Of China's Silk Industry

This research, analyzed the fundamental theory and method of studying the international competitiveness of silk industry systematically,brought forward international market share, trade competitiveness index, comparative advantage index, competitive advantage index to calculate the international competitiveness of silk industry of main country which engage in silk industry.By comparing with main country which engage in silk industry,the research made a systemic analysis about China silk industry. The research think the development scale of silk industry of China is getting larger and larger,but it's comparative advantage index and competitive advantage index is getting smaller and smaller;now India is the biggest export market of silk, but the competitive advantage index for silk is upward,and the reliant to China is to be weakened;the international competitiveness of silk of some developing country including Brazil is upward,which will influence the silk export of China.Being based on the comparative analysis, the research make a farther analysis on the development scale of silk industry of China is getting larger and larger, comparative advantage index and competitive advantage index of silk industry is getting smaller and smaller,the silk export to India is gradually decreasing.At last,the research put forward the countermeasure on international competitiveness of China silk industry.
