Research On Heilongjiang Province's Foreign Trade Competitiveness Under The Background Of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" Construction

Foreign trade is the engine of economic growth.To some extent,the capacity of foreign trade development depends on the level of foreign trade competitiveness.In recent years,the economic development of Heilongjiang province is slow.Because the competitiveness of foreign trade is relatively weak,the driving effect of foreign trade on economic growth has not been completely released.How to seize the opportunity of "Longjiang Silk Road belt" and enhance the competitiveness of foreign trade is an important and urgent problem faced by Heilongjiang province.Based on the theory of international trade and competitiveness,this paper combs the history and present situation of the development of foreign trade in Heilongjiang Province,and selects the international market share,TC index and RCA index to objectively analyze the level of the competitiveness of Heilongjiang's foreign trade.And using the diamond model to analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of Heilongjiang's foreign trade,and on this basis,combined with the great opportunities brought by the construction of the "Longjiang Silk Road",put forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Heilongjiang's foreign trade.This article holds that the competitiveness of goods trade and service trade in Heilongjiang is insufficient,mainly because of the low investment of the advanced production factors,the lack of technological research and development,the backward industrial structure and the weak competitiveness of enterprises.The construction of "Longjiang Silk Road" will help to improve the conditions of transportation and transportation in Heilongjiang Province,expand the market of foreign trade,reduce the cost of trade,increase the investment of technology,optimize the industrial structure,introduce excellent resources and develop modern service industry.Therefore,Heilongjiang province should actively seize the opportunity of the construction of the "Longjiang Silk Road",perfect the government operation mechanism,promote the promotion of the Sino Russian exposition,promotethe establishment of the cross-border economic cooperation zone and the overseas industrial park,establish the industrial cluster to perfect the industrial chain,introduce the excellent foreign investment and project,make the enterprise internationalization development strategy,and use the F TA agreement and actively build local brands.And then promote the competitiveness of Heilongjiang's foreign trade.
