Since 21 st century, the market environment changed violently, the uncertain factor in the market increases sharply, the demand in the market becomes tighter and severer, individualized and diversified too, the market competition becomes unusually fierce, enterprises face unprecedented challenge and threaten from market. The traditional supply chain which is absorbed in the aspect of production management is already no longer applicable. Under the pushing power of information technology, supply chain collaboration with information dynamically sharing, resources integration and development towards common goal put forward at the end of the 1990s, is paid more and more attention too. And the country "Eleven five plan" our government made has stipulated in development direction of collaborative commerce, system integration and enterprises innovation, which improve supply chain collaboration commerce focused on collaboration, trust and win-win. Supply chain collaboration performance appraisal problem call for to be solved urgently.This text constructs the evaluation criterion of the performance, appraisal level of performance, the implementation of performance appraisal system on the basis that a large number of current research situations are surveyed, studied and analyzed.In the research of evaluation criterion of the performance, this paper has put forward the thinking of external standard and definition of the corresponding performance, connects them to benchmarking, analyzed infection factor of benchmarking intensity, used the objective quantifying method on the selection of benchmarking.In the research of performance appraisal level, this paper has proposed corresponding all internal structure based on the ripe three level structure model, analyzed the influence of compositions of every layer to the performance, utilize the relatively ripe research results, construct the frame of appraisal, chosen the corresponding index.In the research of the implementation of performance appraisal system, This paper has used benchmarking data to have date no dimensioned, strengthened the improvement directionality of standardized number value, construct the performance appraisal system with performance calculate, coordinate degrees analysis and difference analysis.Through the research of three aspects described above, this text has basically solved the preliminary discussion supplied in performance appraisal, finished to the preliminary research work.
