Along with the deepening global economic integration, human resources as the core power of organizational to survival and development is more and more attention. Access to enterprise competitiveness, depends on its own human resources systems and effective development and management. Training of human resources development as a specific form to improve the business skills and overall quality of staff plays a very important role. Through the training of employees in order to explore effective ways to improve the efficiency of enterprises has important practical significance.During China's rapid economic development, the role of SMEs (small middle enterprises) is very significant. However, since many SMEs lack of innate and acquired the scale of funding constraints, SMEs in staff training so there is more lack of respect. There will help accelerate the development of SMEs in China to undertake a study of Staff training to SMEs, could help to accelerate the development of SMEs in China, and to fully play its positive role in the national economy.In this Article, sorted and Foreign Review related documents about human resource management theory, statistical theories of psychology and the theoretical background. On the basis of these theories and literature, selected B Company to be a study case on the training of its staff was the problems in-depth investigation and analysis. In this Article, A deeply copy survey about B company was made, and randomly selected the company's managers, technical staff and operations staff conducted a survey and interview survey in company.Through scientific analysis, in article opinion, the main reason led to inefficient employee training in B Company includes outmoded training concept, unscientific training objectives, ignored training process, uncontrolled training implementation, casual training methods, and lack of effective feedback after training. View of the above aspects, this article raises the response method to improve the efficiency staff training in B Company. For example,enhance the training concept, with advanced training in modern business enterprise concept to guide staff training activities; improve the training process, do training needs analysis and other aspects of work; scientific orientation training objectives, and establish long-term planning for business and long-term development, consistent with corporate culture and staff characteristics, training target system; extensive training methods, and establish individualized, flexible and diverse forms of training; a high degree of emphasis on training assessment, tracking feedback and improve the training ended, to ensure the application of training, practice and improve.The circumstances of B company has a certain representation for SMEs in china, therefore, this article further discusses the proposals and measures to establish and perfect Chinese SMEs'staff training system. That should strengthen national efforts to support SMEs and training standards, improve SMEs'training efficiency by information technology, and improve the training market.In this paper, an analysis of B Company discounted the common problems faced by SMEs, and could offer some inspiration for SMEs'staff training in domestic.Author hopes that through these studies, causing researchers may pay more attention to the progressive growth of SMEs in the process of the transformation of the staff training, Start a discussion, to promote research in the field and the growth of SMEs.
