The Genesis of the modern corporation system of two Separated Rights and managerial revolution includes a further understanding of the scarcity of Human Resources, promoting the formation and continual development of the modern enterprise system, and making the Executive Officer Compensation Impetus System becoming increasingly important and drawing more attention. In modern enterprises, how to set up the effectual Salary System and mobilize the enthusiasm of the executive officer is an important problem in the development of enterprise.On the basis of analysis and research on related theories about the EVA and salary, the research methods of this paper are the combination of standardized analysis with concrete analysis, and quantitative with qualitative, use HX Company as a principal part of Empirical Study, introduced its background and characteristics , find the theoretical foundation from the view of related theories about the EVA and salary, analyze the enterprise' s basic situation,present situation of organization management,human resources management and executive officer compensation impetus system and existing main problems, Summarize the main issues: the scarcity of Strategy; low income level; irrational structure of salary; no significant correlation has been noted between salary and company working performance, and according to these problems, the article puts the forward issue of improving schemes about these problems both from Annual Pay System and project profit sharing system. Subsequently, the article pointed out the difficult of the system design, analyzed the cost and risk after the design scheme put into practice. On the base of that, gives the safeguard measures for enforcing the system. At the end of article, the conclusion was made. Further, the design of compensation system should be changed by the improvement of environments. The salary meets the demand of employees as much as possible under the current resources conditions.Though using scientific index of EVA, This article aims at improving compensation system of top management in HX Company, in order to play the advantages of human resources and enhance the core competitiveness.
