With the deeply theoretical research of enterprise culture and the spread and practice promoted in China, more enterprises recognize that enterprises can obtain tangible and intangible, economic and societal, recent and long-term multiple benefits. Enterprie culture is a force to be reckoned. With joining WTO and economic globalization developing, environment of competition is becoming complication. It is regarded by enterprise to increase the core competitiveness of enterprise by creating enterprise culture.And it is an important and universal meaning subject how to use the research results and practical experience of enterprise culture at home and abroad into our own building and practice in order to build the enterprise culture that conforms our own character and is full of characteristics.Alxa Mobile Communicate Branch (hereinafter referred to the Arab League Mobile )is a subsidiary company of China Mobile. It has its own limitations and unique in the building of enterprise culture. The main problem of this paper is how to contain China Mobile rational deep color of a culture of service to the implementation of the subordinate enterprises and their employees to act in, how to make the company's corporate culture and enterprise development strategies and economic situation in the entire suit, and accepted by all the staff, guiding the development of enterprises and employees of corporate culture, how to combine this whole concept of enterprise and cultural characteristics to form their own cultural characteristics. This article analyses the status quo of enterprise culture from the China Mobile Group corporate culture and the status of the Arab League mobile enterprise culture, summing up the problems on the building of corporate culture.
