The enterprise culture is the cornerstone in the survival and development of enterprises. It is also an important factor in the construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Being the modern scientific management theory, enterprise culture, through application and practice for many years, has become increasingly bountiful and complete, and has played a positive role in building the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the enterprise development, more and more enterprises have gradually formed an advanced corporate culture itself. However, there are also some enterprises that have not paid enough attention to the corporate culture, let alone creating its own one. Therefore many are completely at a loss on how to construct the enterprise culture. At present, China’s enterprises are in a running and transitional period of modern management concepts, so it has become a major management proposition facing businesses today in creating enterprise competitiveness by making good use of modern enterprise management concept, various resources and elements of enterprise owned.This thesis is aimed to deep into the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise competitiveness. In the combination of enterprise culture and the core competitiveness, this thesis takes the China Mobile company enterprise culture on construction practice as an example and by analyzing how it has created a unique corporate personality of the corporate culture to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, it explores the ways of organic combination of core competitiveness of enterprise culture construction and enterprise promotion; then based on the theory of enterprise culture and core competitiveness of enterprises, it provokes further thoughts on the relationship between the enterprise culture and core competence in the China Mobile LX company. And its draws the conclusion that the outstanding enterprise culture is the spiritual source of the sustainable development of enterprises and it plays an important role in promoting and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is expected to provide some facts, references and some suggestions for the construction of enterprise culture in similar enterprises.
