This thesis was started with system integration industry's current situation and development trend and pointed out what difficulties the industry was facing in marketing. This research discussed competitive environment of system integration industry, analyzed it by using such methods of SWOT analysis and the in-depth understanding of the industry's competitive environment. Meanwhile it has described the more broad cheerful prospect of the industry. Current situation of the industry's competitiveness mainly in the following areas: price competition is continuing but has not the decisive factor, system integrated industry started business division, enterprises and customers's relation has become a key factor in marketing. This thesis designed a marketing project of system integration from the viewpoint of relationship marketing .At the beginning of program, it firstly took to clients analysis, including customer needs analysis, customer value analysis, customer relationship level of analysis. Some issues should be taken into account,such as closing to clients, customer retention and customer loyalty, clients investment, staffs investment, and providers investment. This thesis worked out corresponding marketing strategies as follows: interaction with customers and win customer trust, one-on-one strategy, one-stop service strategy. Then, an evaluation of the strategies was made,which was that the marketing is not only for earnings, but also for the trust of customers.Finally the paper also pointed out the difficulties and the bottleneck of using this type of strategies. |
