The Application Of Communication Management In Broadband Service System

Based on the case study of management communication in Binzhou CNC's broadband service system, this thesis conducts a deep research on the management communication in project management system, analyzes the problems existing in management communication during the implementation of projects, and finally puts forward possible solutions using the related theories of management communication. There are four chapters in this thesis. The first chapter is preface. It mainly presents the existing problems, explains the significance for choosing such a topic, expounds the current theories and research status quo of management communication, and describes the research plan of this thesis. In the second chapter, the case study of Binzhou CNC's broadband service system is given, which includes basic introduction of general situation of Binzhou CNC's practice and analysis of its external and internal communication in management communication. The third chapter analyzes the information requirements for management communication and the role of project manager and other team members in the above case, and expounds the design of management communication and related channels in that case. The last chapter reviews the management communication in the case of Binzhou, points out the problems and puts forward the possible solutions. It also indicates the particularities of this case and sums up some experiences or insights from the study. According to the research and analysis of this thesis, it is hoped that management communication in project management system will be accorded more importance. Moreover, it will be gratified that if this thesis could provide some helpful ideas to the successful completion of the above case or other similar projects.
