Strategic Research Of Mine Enterprise Informationization Based On Human Management

After entering WTO, Chinese mines have to face some disadvantage factors from international economic integration and international competition domesticalized, meet some inner problems such as resource drying, low- benefit for enterprises, increased competition and so on. Therefore, if mines would like to get rid of difficulties, they must implement informationization to drive industrialization, to realize the centralized management for logistics, fund flow and information flow, so as to improve the management, accelerating development, winning competition and increasing benefits.With going deep into the construction of informationization, the strategic information management for enterprise's construction of informationization could promote enterprise to realize the consistency of information technology strategic and corporation strategic, to increase investing return and reduce investing risk of information technology, to ensure realizing value of enterprise's informationizaton.The significant sign of informationization is human management, that is to say, human should be the center of information management. Information resource can be developed and utilized farthest through mobilizing human potential, so as to push the development of enterprise's informationization. Information, knowledge and innovation are the base of information society development, which are obtained only from "human". So, human management comes into being the core and developing direction of realizing enterprise's informationization.In this article, author introduces the meaning and signification of informationization, describes its construct and proposes to put stratagem management idea into informationization construct, and gets the result of that stratagem management can ensure to realize the value of informationization of mine corporation. The significant sign of informationization is human management. We should mobilize human potential to develop and utilize information resource farthest, so as to push the developing course of enterprise's informationization.Based on human management, the stratagem of mine corporation informationization is studied and discussed deeply in this article, and it will be provided with certain reference value to the corporation management level during the construction.
