Human Resources Development Research For YongPing Copper Mine Of JiangXi Copper Corporation

The human resources are the foundation of the national wealth, and the initiative strength for the capital accumulating, the natural resource development, the establishment of the society, the economy and the political organization, which make the whole country move forward. The development and the use of the human resources have become the impetus and the foundation of the society. The enterprises, as the important component of the society, it is imperative to develop and use their human resources. Yong Ping copper mine which subordinated to the Jiangxi Copper Corporation is the second largest national open-air copper mine, and the large-scale resourceful state-owned enterprise. Under the situation of the integration of the whole world economic, facing the intense international market competition and the challenge of the knowledge economy, the basic measure for an enterprise to stand an invincible position is to energetically develop its human resources. After analyzing the situation and the duty of the human resources development of Yong Ping copper mine, the writer made a preliminary study to the development and the use of human resources of Yong Ping copper mine, proposed some integrated development plans, and appraised these plans with the cost income law which made these development plans scientific, rational and feasible. At the same time, according to the development tendency of Yong Ping copper mine, the writer proposed some preliminary implementation advices and the key problems which should be solved promptly for the human resources development of Yong Ping copper mine.
