Marketing channels, as the connection between enterprises' products and customers, has become the core of competitive advantage of enterprises today. How to correctly use the theory of marketing channels to guide enterprises' marketing channel management, and create competitive advantage for enterprises related to the success or failure of corporate strategy.Marketing channels means the channel formed by products from the hands of manufacturer spread to the hands of consumers linking the various brokers. Marketing channels as part of enterprise supply chain are important new source of profit.Based on summarizing and analyzing China's AM crystal trade status and AM crystal industry marketing channel mode, this paper analyzed advantage and disadvantage of agricultural chemical companies, and focusing on present marketing channel problems, redesigning a multi-channel that is more suitable for present agricultural chemical companies by using basic theory of marketing channel design and marketing channel management to improve competitive forces and market occupancy. And this paper put forward some practice suggestions and detail measures on how to enhance confliction, encouragement and performance marketing channel, and some proposals to improve the management efficiency of marketing channel of agricultural chemical companies.
