Research On The Project Cost Control And Management Of Highway Construction

With the fast developing of the situation of our country's economics recently, the projects of highway-constructions become more and more, and the cost of the projects are very large. However, cost management and control is weak. Therefore, by studying many new researches about cost management at home and abroad, obtaining others' experiences and achievements, and simultaneously analyzing some typical precedents of highway-constructions investment projects, this paper will reveal the present conditions of the cost management and control of highway-constructions in our country, and meanwhile summarize the shortcomings in it. Then through elaborating on the basic theory of cost management, the theory of cost determine and strategy of management, I will make clear what is cost of constructions, the cost of constructions management and so on. Thus, combining theory and reality, the paper will explore the means to solve the problems in cost management and try to give effective suggestions and steps to perfect cost management and control of highway-constructions project.
