With the speedup of economic globalization and marketzation, China becomes the manufacturing base of the world. After we stepped into the 21 century, express logistics superior in its speed, experienced a booster at the rate of 30% every year in China. Induced by such a market with great potential and rapid increase, all express companies want to strengthen their market share and make profit. EMS has been shunted yearly increase rate is only 2% and market share has been dropped continuously. But international company, DHL, increase rate is above 30%.China EMS market competitive continuously dropped. Facing opportunities and challenges, it is very important for EMS to analyze competitors' competitive condition and strategies. It can help EMS clear its marketing position and provide advantage of fast speed.This paper takes into account the main state Policy factors and fully analyzes our express industry, discusses EMS's competition abilities and market strategies, and compares the practice carried out by DHL and EMS.
