| This paper starts with the definition of service industry, analyzes the developmenthistory and present situation of international and domestic service industry andresearches the trend and direction of development of service industry. In the light ofthe present development of services industry of Changchun Hi-tech Zone, this paperintends to make suggestions on the direction in planning the development of serviceindustry in the future and according to the outline requirements of the future five yearsproposed by the provincial government, strengthen the high-tech zone service industryresearch and preparedness.From the data, the summary of development experiences of Changchun high-techZone has important significance in ensuring the sustained and rapid development ofthe Zone. At the same time, it also shows that the service industry keeps a relativelylow ratio, which restricts the revenue of Local tax of Changchun Hi-tech DevelopmentZone and the further development of the Zone. Further, the paper combines the presentdevelopment situation of service industry of Changchun Hi-tech Zone, summarizes theexisting high-tech zone service experience and results, discoveries the deficiencies ofhigh-tech service industry during the development process, explores the developmentplan and path of service industry in high-tech zone and finally targets to makeproposals on the development of high-tech service industry. |
