Study On The Master Planning Of Urban Agriculture Park In The Developed Regions

Urban agriculture parks in developed regions are becoming important forms of promoting agricultural and rural development, protecting cultivated land resources, maintaining the sustainable development of cities, and a hot research which is studied by government and scholar. As urban agriculture park planning not only involving urban planning, agricultural planning, ecological planning, tourism planning, land planning and many other areas, but also involving strategic planning, master planning and detailed planning, so there are many problems to explore. This thesis focus on"how to link development planning and space planning"in master planning on the basis of participating in the Wuxi urban agriculture park planning, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)After a in-depth understanding of the development background, status-quo characteristics, status-quo problems and development advantages of urban agriculture park, proposed there are conditions to develop service-oriented agriculture and expand its functions from three function to four—"ecology, production, life and service".(2) For the guidance of the strategic, the paper establish a theory of function system and space system. The two formed an interface between the park development strategy and the space planning.(3)The space planning case of the Wuxi Agricultural Park confirmed that it is feasible to build functional system and space system. Meanwhile, it also attests the feasibility of organizing suburban community in the park for a space unit, proves the feasibility of using the Methodology of Ecologically Planning and Design.
