The corporate culture has been the avenue to success of modern enterprise management, at the same time, the culture supervise has become to the general trends. The facts that corporate culture has played important role in business, being the soul of enterprise and the immanent headspring and power to innovation and energy, has been proved by the harvest of business management practice and theoretical investigation in China and foreign countries.Economy globalization has given Chinese enterprise the chance to share information, technology, rule, capital and market, but at the same time, this"both edge sword"has given us unprecedented pressure and challenge. Therefore, our enterprise should made the most of the foreign advanced management theory and managerial experience and adjoin them with practice to proceed innovation and develop in order to enhance the enterprise's international competition capability and adaptability.Hydraulic Power Plant of Jianghan Oil Field is in charge of the Oil Field's water supply, power supply, operational guidance and fee charging. The Hydraulic Power Plant is one production run unit, as well as one distribution unit in operation.In recent years, the Hydraulic Power Plant is enhancing to built and manage corporate culture, bringing up the spirit of"teamwork, dedication, practical, create excellence", establishing the corporate logos of"safety, service, implement force", developing human capital management and culture supervision, strengthening to train the cadre and employee, setting up learning enterprise. As the result, the employee's concept is continually transforming and the enterprise's cohesive strength is enhancing. But as one government facility , there are still a great many of problems in its corporate culture construction and supervision. In order to improve this kind of enterprise's corporate culture construction level, promote supervision optimization and lift, enhance enterprise's ability to participant competition between countries, it bores far-reaching sense that links up corporate culture with business management to study and discuss, avoid culture and supervise disjointing.
