Research Of Learning Corporate Culture On Elevating Enterprise Core Competence

In the context of globalization and the knowledge-based economy, the world's political, economic, cultural and other fields have undergone tremendous changes. The survival and development of enterprises in which the environment is undergoing fundamental changes, gradually shorten the average life expectancy. How to find the way of existence to maintain its competitive edge in the ever-changing environment has become a major issue facing enterprises.Future competition is a competition on person of ability ultimately. The only lasting competitive advantage of enterprises is the ability to learn faster than competitors. This study is consistent with the development of cultural enterprises and the need to generate and develop. It draws on the learning organization, corporate culture and the essence of the two management theories to encourage and facilitate the creation and sharing of knowledge. It is the important evidence of whether or not it has a competitive advantage under the conditions of the knowledge economy.This paper describes the practice of our learning enterprise culture, the influence of the errors in practice and elevate core competence to create a learning-oriented corporate culture countermeasures.
