The Research Of The Influence Factors On Knowledge Transfer From Individuals To Organization

The 21st century human society has entered a knowledge-based era, following with the rising of knowledge management study. As the basis for knowledge management, the knowledge transfer attracts scholars' extensive attention. The individual is the the core competitiveness of the organization because of its distinctive knowledge. Focusing on the knowledge transfer from individuals to the organization, this paper studied the affecting factors and the influencing path of it. Offering the strategy for promoting the knowledge transfer from the individuals to the organization, it provided ideas to help enterprises to foster unique advantage of the knowledge capital to occupy the market.After reviewing the literature from the past, this article systematically studied the theories of the knowledge transfer, and re-integrate a module with three factors: the physical environment, the human environment and the intellectual environment. It then introduced the individual inclination of knowledge transfer to the model as an intermediate variables and construct the affecting factors model. Under the using of AMOS& SPSS statistical analysis software, it tested the model's degree of fitting with the survey data and ultimately figured out the concluded model.Through the research, this paper constructed the impact system of knowledge transfer from individuals to organization, summed up the impact path as well as each factor's degree of influence and obtained the following conclusion:(1)Physical environment on the organization positively has a significantly direct effect both at the transfer inclinatination and the transfer revenue.(2)Human environment positively has a significantly direct effect both at the transfer inclinatination and the transfer revenue.(3)Intellectual environment has a indirectly negative impact on the transfer revenue through the intermediate effect of the transfer inclination, but no inapparent direct effect.(5)Human environment and he physical environment are significantly correlated with strong synergies.Based on the research above, this paper gave valuable suggestions on promoting the knowledge transfer from individuals to organization and made prospect for the future research.
