The human society has already entered an era led by knowledge which is gradually replacing traditional factors. Along with the rising of knowledge in the world, knowledge is becoming the key resource of competitions in organizations. Knowledge must be transferred effectively among different people and teams in order to make full used. Therefore, the knowledge management has gradually become the hot topic of organization management.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between influence factors and transfer performance in project management. A SEM is established on the basis of the theories and methods of management and statistics. Firstly, abundant literatures domestic and aboard are studied, influence factors and performance index are concluded, and a theory model of knowledge transfer in project management is established based on the former researches. Secondly, plentiful questionnaires are designed and sent to some project management groups in order to acquire the emperical data for this paper. And then, the questionnaires are pretreated, including the effectiveness and the reliability, and modified with SPSS 15.0. At last, the theory model and the original hypothesis are analyzed and certified by SEM with LISREL8.70. Therefore, some significant conclusions are obtained, some advice is given to improve the effect of knowledge transfer in project management, and the further researches are expected.
