A Method Of Assessing Supply Chain Risk Based On Fuzzy-Measures

The market economy is the risk economy. The supply chain risk management is the question which the enterprise can not avoid in production management. In nowadays, the competition shifts from the competition between single enterprises to the competition between supply chains. Enterprise's sustainable management and development cannot leave the stable and reliable supply chain. The enterprises on the supply chain are interrelated. From the raw material's supply to the final product involves many links. If any link appears "the break", it may affect the supply chain's normal operation. Under the background of environment changeable and demand diversification, the supply chain easily suffers from exterior and the internal disadvantage factor influence, thus forms the supply chain risk. In order to strengthen the supplies chain's market competence and the resistance ability to the risk, it is necessary to construct the reasonable method for assessing supply chain risk. In addition, the enterprise should establish a corresponding supply chain risk management system, and ensure the healthy, continuous and the stable development of supply chain.The main purpose of the paper is establishing a method for assessing the supply chain risk, and ensures the smoothing implementation of supply chain risk management. First, we introduce the background of the supply chain risk management, summarize the domestic and foreign research in detail, and discuss the necessity and importance of the research. Second, we discuss the basic theory of supply-chain management and supply-chain risks management and design the supply chain risk management process. Third, we analyze the factors arousing supply chain risk, introduce the technology and the method for recognizing the supply chain risk, and design the supply chain risk assessment index system according to the investigated enterprises' actual situation. Fourth, we establish a method for assessing the supply chain risk based on fuzzy-measures, and study the procedure of modeling in detail. Finally, we deeply expound the application of assessing supply chain risk based on the method of fuzzy-measures, and confirm the risk level of the supply chain by using the method of confidence level distinguishing.
