The Research Of Supply Chain Integration And Supply Chain Risk

In the period of supply chain competition, to promote the overall competitiveness of the supply chain, reduce the supply chain risk has become the inevitable choice of enterprises. Supply chain integration as the important direction of supply chain management, it can improve the efficiency of supply chain operation efficiency, increase the supply chain enterprise competitive advantage. This article of "the research of supply chain integration and supply chain risk" aimed to analysis the correlation between supply chain integration and supply chain risk. At present our country enterprises are facing the critical period of "going out", and the process of enterprise internationalization is speeding up, at the same time the enterprises supply chain also face more and more unpredictable risk, so the study of this paper has important theoretical and realistic significance.In this paper, on the basis of literature review, it first review and cleaned up the concept and the related theory of supply chain integration and supply chain risk based on the research of the literature, and then make the theoretical analysis on the affect of supply chain integration to the supply chain risk. In the following part, on the basis of previous studies, it build the index system of supply chain integration and supply chain risk, and finally through the empirical and case studies to further analysis and improve the effect of supply chain integration on supply chain risk.Through the empirical and theoretical research of this paper, it draws the following three conclusions:1, The corporate of different scales and natures have remarkable differences in performing of supply chain integration;2, The internal and external supply chain integration have a negative correlation with supply chain risk.3, There exists a positive correlation between supply chain integration and supply chain risk, it is the higher the degree of supply chain integration, the smaller the supply chain risk.
