| The realty project are the item with high investment, better benefits and high risk, and the characteristics of realty project make its huge investment, long investment period and poor fund collection capability. During the whole process, it has not only the tangible management risk and financial risk but also has the invisible risk from policy. Although various methods are adopted, the goal is the same, that is, how to decrease the uncertainty of risk. In this thesis, the risk management in realty project investment is investigated as a systematic process, and the potential risks at stage of decision-making, at early stage of investment and during the construction stage are identified. These will help the investor to take proper measures to avoid the risk. With respect to risk decision, the thesis makes the analysis from decision-making theory, particularly from AHP method combining with the practical cases. |
