In the knowledge economy, technology innovation, and the background of the wave of globalization, scientific and reasonable salary system can give full play to inspire and guide function, greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the staff, to attract and retain outstanding personnel, and thus helps improve enterprise performance to enable enterprises to gain greater competitive advantage. LH power enterprises currently pay system has been unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, hinder the company's long-term development. This paper attempts to pay management theory through research, design a suitable LH power enterprises pay system. This paper include: Summary of the theory of pay; LH power enterprises in particular the profile of human resources management analysis and evaluation in conjunction with the relevant theory and LH power enterprises pay for the actual situation in the design, and lastly, the pay system design and the assessment concluded.
