About Thermoelectricity Payment Proportional To Production Unit Heating Price Research

Combined heat and power and concentrated heating are both important components of public utilities, which have comprehensive effectiveness as energy-saving, environment improvement, heating quality improvement, power supply increasing and so on. The heating is loss because the thermal and electricity price can not be put up on the same ratio along with the rise of the fuel cost, thermal price is connected to the citizen life and the survival and development of thermal power plants.This paper seek to establish a set thermal price system suitable for our national conditions through the evidence and case analysis on the base of the price formulation theory of thermal product. It analyzed mainly the combined heat and power policies in foreign countries and its reference for our country; calculated and compared several heating cost; put forward the thought of price formulation for the thermal product and discussed the reform of the heating price at last.
