Abstract/Summary:
The thesis has accomplished those work: introduction about the history background and the whole plan of the Wiang Jiadun Center Business District (CBD). Reference on the general situation of the combined cooling heating & power, and the power rundle utilization theory in and abroad ; analyse on the electric power supply situation nowadays, the resource of the natural gas, water in Wu Han; Advance on the Combined Cooling Heating & Power utilization in Wang Jiadun Center Business District (CBD), which both meets the need of the centralized Heating and the high standardized Cooling in Wang Jiadun Center Business District (CBD), accounting for running short of water, power and the electricity net unstabilization problem. as well as, the before-mentioned produces the great significance and society, economy benefit of the development of the natural gas supplement to the combined cooling heating & power, the environment protection and green energy. The combined cooling heating & power is primary utilized in the single building, miniature gas powder with a single function, well, the first utilization case is discussed in the thesis, which is combined cooling heating & power supply to the distributing gas station. The thesis takes the example of distributing gas station in the startup district in the Wang Jiadun .the research is maked on the system project with advanced technology, system reliability, economy feasibility, basing on the principles of the "cooling and heating deciding power"and "incorporated series"by the cooling heating & power burthen forecast. The suggestion is advanced ,which is "incorporating the electricity net and the city net but not to supply electricity to the city net ", as well as a method of the highest electricity price and lowest gas price of the combined cooling heating & power and the sensitivity analyse is set up, furthermore, the electricity price and gas price variety rate is given by the single factor and doble factors sensitivity analyse as the decision-making measure to realize in the Wang Jiadun Center Business District (CBD) and demonstration to the similar projects.
