And on the basis of all of above, the paper analysis the project ,draws up the network plan (CPM/PERT), carries out the time optimum, time-cost optimum and time-resource optimum and formulate the project progress plan with the time coordinate of all kinds of optimism. This paper indicates the direct cost and indirect cost in the cost control and the two aspects applied into the project equipments. The effect is evident.
