Because of the present construction project management level, specific operation system and other reasons, project cost, actual operation of project results in three problems:cost, schedule and quality. Therefore in construction project management, project management should grasp the flexible control theory, and effectively combining with the actual operation of projects. Project cost, schedule and quality, should be controlled timely during project implementation process, making stakeholders of project control dynamically project implementation in order to efficiently fulfill project's goal and task.Based on thorough analyzing program's control theory, type, process, this article demonstrates the control theory and method of construction project.
