Research On The Chinese Communist Party's Thought Of Common Rich

The essence of socialism is to achieve the whole people's common prosperity. As a party representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people, the Communist Party of China (CPC) sticks to final achievement of common prosperity. Our country's economy has been growing quickly and people's life well improved under the policy of reform and opening in last thirty years. However, on the other hand, the gap between rich and poor is widened at the same time and is going to be much worse. Hence, we must be aware of the reality and try our best to narrow the gap under the guidance of "common rich".As a whole idea, the article believes common rich is the result of three generations' wisdom and experiences. The Party's first generation of central collective leadership with Comrade Mao Zedong at its core put forward the idea of common rich and took the measure of "egalitarian" in its painstaking of socialist construction to achieve common rich. The Party's second generation of central collective leadership with Comrade Deng Xiaoping at its core develops the idea in the journey of economic development by taking economic construction as its central task. The Parry's third generation of central collective leadership with Comrade Jiang Zemin at its core continued to persist in reform and opening up, pursue common development in a scientific way, and strive for new victories in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Now the new leadership with comrade Hu Jintao at its core brings the idea to a new period by focusing more on social equality and people's living, planning to achieve economic and social development together.This article deeply analyzes the features of the gap between rich and poor and considers it remains an imbalance in development between urban and rural areas, among regions, lines and social groups. Also this article makes an analysis of the difference between common rich and rich-poor gap and concludes that we must pay close attention to this problem and be well aware of the reality. Therefore, we should improve it both in reform system and policy. On one way, we pay more attention to social equality and the way vulnerable group appeal for interests and reform on the urban and rural construction; on the other hand, we try to deepen the distribution system and enlarging the Proportion of Middle-level Income Groups. Thus, we can make feasible suggestions and find ways to narrow the gap between rich and poor and finally achieve common rich.
