In the knowledge—based economy period, the economy and technologies develope rapidly and the social environment changes quiekly. The competition between enterprise is no longer the competition of product and market ,but the competition of competence and talent, especially the competition of knowledge staff. Salary as a factor of stimulatation attracted the enthusiasm and creativeness of the knowledge staff. It can say that whether enterprise's salary system does play the drive role which should have regarding enterprise's development or not is very important. But the traditional salary designation under the knowledge time background,even more is now obvious regarding the drive knowledge staffs limitation. Therefore, a new kind of salary system which based on the knowledge staff's non-uniformity variation is appeared. Adapted the knowledge economy request which based on the knowledge staffs non-uniformity variation salary management urges the organization's core competitive power and the staff's own ability . It is a great help for the staff and enterprise. Moreover, It has also met the knowledge staff's variation need based on the knowledge staff's non-uniformity variation,and It strengthens its salary degree of satisfaction greatly, enhances knowledge staff's efficiency .This article studies on non-uniformity variation salary management of the knowledge staffs through the fundamental research. The paper's first part introduced this article's research background, the present situation and the mentality. The second part has carried on the review of the enterprise core ability and the human capital variation managemen theories, mainly involves the core ability theory, the human capital theory and so on. The third part analysied the knowledge staff's non-uniformity characteristic comprehensive .The fourth part briefed the development trend of knowledge staff salary management. The fifth part is to be based on the non-uniformity of knowledge staff variation salary management. The sixth part is this article's summary.
